User-defined rules for categorizing OFX/CSV files

Money Pro obviously tries to set the category of an operation depending on the amount / description as compared to previous operations.
It would be nice to be able for the user to be able to set rules for OFX/CSV import categorization.

For example :
- If description contains X, then Agent is Y
- If amount is < X or description is Y then category is Z

This would help categorizing faster and with a better accuracy.
