'All Time' account balance period

Sometimes, specially when I'm reorganizing categories, I want to check on all my transactions from a given account, starting from the very first one. So it would be very useful to have an option 'All Time' to select for a period. Right now I have to scroll the year further ahead to make sure I get it all.
