Move the Add Transaction button (Plus) to the bottom
Move the “plus” icon to the bottom section, just to the middle above the bottom menu. In this place it is really more accessible.

I think the idea is about to have the option to indicate if the payment will be monthly payment without interest, in credit cards for example. This would be excelente!
