Remove On-Screen Keypad on Mac/PC

Add a toggle in the settings for the onscreen keyboard to turn it on or off.  

There isn't much use for the onscreen keyboard when you are using Money Pro on a PC/Mac, unless your monitor is touchscreen. That's why I'm suggesting a toggle in the settings.

  I agree with this comment. numeric keypad on PC/Mac is too redundant
