Manage bank statements

Adding the notion of statements in MoneyPro would facilitate the reconciliation procedure and secure past operations. 

• For a given account create a bank statement (say BANKACCOUNT 2020-12) in a Statement dialog box. Its opening balance is the one of the ending balance of the previous statement (or initially the opening balance of the account).
• In the operations dialog box, the active statement names appears next to the "Cleared" check-box. When reconciled the operation is associated to this statement.
• The total of the operations of a statement and the opening and closing balances are displayed in the statement dialog box. When all the operations are reconciled and the closing balance is correct the user checks a box to lock the statement.
