Detecting OFX/CSV import duplicates

The import process should be able to identify the entries that were manually created previously by the user and which are similar to the ones in he OFX file (e.g. searching by date/value). The system should ask the user if he/she really wants to import the similar transactions.

  Develop a duplicate search function to use it in 2 cases:
  - when importing .ofx files, records made with .csv import are duplicated.
  - when a transfer is made between two accounts, the operation is written each time the two accounts are imported and it is duplicated
