Filter / keyword search to show all "Balance adjustments"

When you adjust account balance by doing the following:

• On the Balance tab, tap/click “Edit” and select the needed account. Enter the correct amount and tap/click “Save”

In the transaction list of that account, you will find a “Balance adjustment” entry.

However, if I type “balance adjustment” into the search bar, the entry will not show up. This needs to be a default feature.
